Ingredients for 4 servings:
500 g Flour
270 g Water
15 g Yeast
7 g Salt
To taste Rosemary
70 g Extra virgin olive oil 
  • Dissolve the yeast in some warm water, add the oil and the flour, then add the salt and knead for about 10 minutes
  • Two minutes before you finish kneading, add the rosemary
  • Shape a loaf with size 10 cm x 20 cm. Sprinkle with oil, wrap it in transparent film and wait for it to double its volume
  • With a dough cutter, cut the dough in half, and then cut it into strips with a lengtht of 5 cm each; stretch the strips further and arrange them on a baking tray that you have previously covered with a sheet of parchment paper
  • Bake at 170°C for 12 min
