My daughter and I did this tour several years ago and this time we did it as two couples. We did the market visit and cooking class. The chef Monica and assistant Nicoletta were extremely helpful and friendly. The venue in the middle of town in renovated old castle stable was top notch. The food we cooked was delicious (of course) ; ). We all learnt so much in terms of tips and techniques despite our varied cooking experience. This is a great tour!

Highly recommend! Our chef Mary is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and super nice.
We made 3 kinds of pasta, zucchini, chicken, and drunken peach for dessert. Mary guided us step by step. Instructions were easy to follow. Then Mary cooked for us and we had a wonderful lunch. Had so much fun!
