Cavatelli with Broccoli and Crisp Jown Bacon

Ingredients for 4 servings:
280 g: Broccoli
No.4: Slices of pork jowl bacon
To taste: Chilli pepper
 No.1: Slice of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil Preparation
  • Blanch the broccoli for about 4/5 minutes
  • Cut the jowl bacon into strips and let it brown in a non-stick pan for about 20 minutes
  • Put the strips of jowl bacon on absorbent paper, and in the same pan add chilli pepper and garlic and brown for a few minutes
  • Add the broccoli and sauté for 5 minutes, blend half of the broccoli with some cooking water and make a sauce
  • Cook the cavatelli
